Job Summary

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zscaler technologies, with a strong emphasis on Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) in enterprise environments. This includes daily operational support, troubleshooting, policy configuration, and deployment activities. Proven experience with ZPA architecture, application segmentation, and Zero Trust access models Working knowledge of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC), and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) Strong foundation in networking concepts including routing, switching, DNS, and TCP/IP Experience troubleshooting end-to-end connectivity issues across cloud and on-prem environments Background in information security principles, particularly secure remote access and network security controls

Prior experience leading or contributing to VPN-to-ZPA or Zero Trust transformations Strong experience with ZIA policy design, traffic forwarding, and secure web gateway capabilities Experience with ZDX for monitoring and user experience analytics Solid experience with firewall technologies, segmentation strategies, and hybrid network architectures Experience supporting global deployments, migrations, and large-scale user onboarding Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is preferred
