Experience: 4–7 years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Service Now FSM applications.

• FSM configuration and customization

• Implement workflows for dispatching, scheduling, and mobile workforce management.

• Integrate FSM with ITSM and other enterprise systems.

• Optimize field operations through automation and analytics.

Skill Requirements

• Service Now FSM developer (must have experience in FSM configuration and customization, at least 2-3 years with FSM customization )

• Hands-on experience with Service Now FSM module.

• Strong scripting and configuration skills in Service Now.

• Familiarity with mobile app development and geolocation services.

• Experience with Service Now Performance Analytics is a plus.
