Technical Manager

Job Summary

• 10-12 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager

• **Backlog Management: Own and manage the backlog of the product and prioritise work

• **Execution: Translate high-level vision into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria; lead and coordinate with the development team on priorities

• **Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between business, IT and technical team and build relationships with stakeholders

• **Agentic AI or Generative AI: Any experience in Generative AI or Agentic AI projects would be an advantage

• **Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business goals to technical teams

• **Industry: Any experience in Utilities industry will certainly be a plus
