Technical Lead - RTOS, Embedded C

Job Summary

The Technical Lead in Embedded C Development plays a pivotal role in overseeing technology initiatives within projects, guiding teams in technical excellence and ensuring the successful completion of deliverables. This position is crucial for fostering innovation, enhancing team capabilities, and driving adherence to best practices in embedded systems development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Embedded C Development And Rtos Usage, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.

2. Develop And Mentor Team Members On Embedded C And C++ Skills, Facilitating Training Sessions And Knowledge Sharing To Enhance Technical Capabilities And Boost Productivity.

3. Ensure Process Compliance In The Assigned Module By Conducting Thorough Technical Reviews And Participating In Feasibility Studies To Assess Technical Alternatives, Evaluate Risks, And Suggest Best Practices For Architecture And Design.

4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports That Highlight Project Progress, Identify Potential Risks, And Outline Strategies For Mitigation, Ensuring Effective Communication With Stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Proficiency In Embedded C Programming and Related Tools.

2. In-Depth Understanding Of Real-Time Operating Systems (Rtos) And C++.

3. C/C++, EA(UML) and Micro Controller.

4. 4+ years of experience with embedded firmware design and development.

5. Excellent C and C++ language

6. Experience with FreeRTOS systems (a plus if with ESP32)

7. Experience in IOT Technologies such as BLE interaction

8. Experience working on Payment devices over BLE

9. Good Knowledge Of Software Development Life Cycle and Embedded System Design Principles.

10. Good Skills In Code Review, Performance Optimization, And Quality Assurance Methodologies.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese), Rtos Certification.
