About the role

Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing complex operations for Microsoft Teams, Teams Enterprise Voice, and Share Point Online environments. The individual drives service excellence by managing large-scale support initiatives, ensuring client SLAs are met, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical innovation. They empower teams through expert guidance, strategic problem-solving, and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities Microsoft Teams and voice engineering Design, deploy, and support Microsoft Teams Calling solutions, including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and VoIP and PSTN integrations Manage Teams voice architecture, call flows, auto attendants, and call queues Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice, conferencing, and collaboration services Microsoft 365 collaboration platform Administer and enhance Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Share Point Online, and One Drive Configure collaboration policies that support security, compliance, and governance requirements Support identity, access, and security configurations using Entra ID

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee end-to-end operations management for Microsoft Teams, Teams EV, and Share Point Online, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to client SLAs.
  2. Utilize advanced knowledge of MS Teams and Teams EV administration tools to monitor system health, troubleshoot high-complexity incidents, and implement long-term solutions.
  3. Lead process optimization initiatives leveraging automation and analytics within Microsoft Teams and Share Point Online environments to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  4. Mentor and empower support teams by providing expert guidance on advanced configuration, integration, and migration tasks using MS Teams and Share Point Online technologies.
  5. Engage directly with clients to analyze requirements, address escalations, and deliver tailored solutions using Microsoft Teams and Share Point Online capabilities.
  6. Develop and implement reporting frameworks for operational metrics using Microsoft 365 analytics tools to inform decision-making and support business objectives.
  7. Introduce and advocate innovative practices and emerging technologies in Microsoft Teams and Share Point Online to enhance collaboration and organizational productivity.
  8. Ensure compliance and security standards are maintained across all MS Teams, Teams EV, and Share Point Online operations.

Skill Requirements

  1. Excellent Knowledge Of Sharepoint Online Management, Permissions, And Workflow Automation.
  2. Advanced Skills In Microsoft 365 Security, Compliance, And Analytics Tools.
  3. Excellent Ability To Lead Operational Process Improvements Using Automation And Reporting Solutions.
  4. Strong Client Engagement Skills For Requirements Analysis, Escalation Management, And Solution Delivery.
  5. Expert In Mentoring And Guiding Support Teams On Collaboration Technology Best Practices.
