About the Role

Seeking a highly experienced and self‑driven Senior Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and proven experience integrating with Right Angle (ION Technologies). The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of owning end‑to‑end technical solutions in a production support environment.

Knowledge of the Oil & Gas or Energy Trading domain is essential, along with exceptional debugging and troubleshooting abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications built using C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Design and implement integrations with Right Angle (ION) including extensions, interfaces, services, and custom logic.
• Provide L3/L4 production support, incident analysis, root‑cause investigation, and permanent fixes.
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver stable and scalable solutions.
• Work closely with functional teams, analysts, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.
• Handle daily operations, production monitoring, and issue triaging.
• Support releases, deployments, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across global locations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15-20 years

of hands-on development experience in: -C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core

• SQL Server (complex queries, triggers, stored procedures, performance tuning)
• Strong knowledge of Right Angle (ION Technologies) including:
• Extension framework
• Custom integrations
• Trading and scheduling modules (preferred)
• Solid understanding of ETRM in Energy / Oil & Gas industry workflows (trading, scheduling, settlements, risk).
• Proven experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with geographically distributed teams.
• Must be able to work overlapping with CST time zones.
• Experience with:
• ETL tools, SSIS
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Cloud platforms (Azure)
• CI/CD pipelines

Key Responsibilities

1. To integrate/re-engineer / design process(s) to maximize the adoption and usage of pre-delivered Best Practices /Standard Functionalities
2. To evaluate & recommend different appropriate product solutions based on customer requirements.
3. To identify and facilitate customer to implement organizational changes required for effective business product Implementation
4. To design and conduct solution workshop(s) to get early buy-in from the relevant stakeholders and thereby also identify additional opportunities to engage with the client
5. To develop and guide others for their career progression
6. To continually update oneself for developing self; contribute to business cases| market collaterals etc.
