Job Summary

Experienced L2 Application & Middleware Operations Engineer with 8+ years of expertise in IIS, .NET, Biz Talk, and middleware technologies. Strong in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and managing integration platforms across Windows and Linux environments, ensuring application stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide L2 support and resolve complex issues escalated from L1

· Troubleshoot Biz Talk issues (orchestrations, suspended messages, adapter failures)

· Manage Biz Talk configurations (ports, hosts, adapters)

· Debug integration errors using Event Viewer and Biz Talk Admin Console

· Monitor and support IIS (sites, SSL bindings, logs)

· Support middleware environments (JBoss, Web Logic, Tomcat, Apache, Web Sphere)

· Handle API integrations and WSO2 platform support

· Perform incident, problem, and change management (ITIL)

· Collaborate with QA, Infra, and Development teams

· Support version upgrades, patching, and certificate lifecycle management

· Use monitoring/observability tools (Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Data Dog)
