Job Summary
Summary:
The Escalation support in Fraud/Identity Verification environment is responsible for investigating complex and high-risk identity verification cases that require advance review beyond the stand process
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Review and investigate escalated Identify verification and fraud related cases requiring advance analysis
- Validate customer identities through document authentication, account analysis and risk assessment
- Analyst fraud indicators, behavioral patterns, account activity and verification results to identify fraudulent and suspicious activity
- Further escalate high priority fraud threats and coordinate with relevant teams
- Provide guidance and support to Analysts and Sr Analysts on complex, ambiguous fraud scenarios
- Identify emerging fraud trends and recommend process improvements to strengthen fraud prevention controls
- Ensure compliance with identity verification standards, policies and regulatory requirements
Skill Requirements
- 3-5 years of overall experience with a minimum of 2-year relevant experience for Sr Analyst
- Exceptional communication skills – CEFR C1
- Good knowledge of cybersecurity and network
- Familiarity with fraud typologies (ATO, abuse, synthetic identities, etc.)
- Experience in MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree Skills Required
