About the role
Job Summary
Message Queue (MQ) exposure in Midrange technology (IBM i/AS400, OpenVMS and Tandem). Deep knowledge of IBM MQ concepts, architecture, and administration. Proficiency in configuring queue managers, queues, channels, listeners, and clustering. Understanding of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, and security protocols. Knowledge of SSL/TLS certificate management and MQ security features. Ability to tune performance and troubleshoot complex messaging flows. Good understanding on IR360 tool. Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
