Job Summary

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in** Figma** to design intuitive, user‑centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will specialize in** high‑fidelity UI design, interactive prototypes, and design systems**, working closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity UI designs, and clickable prototypes using Figma

• Create pixel‑perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and usability best practices

• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides in Figma

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations, and iterate designs based on feedback

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate design implementation

• Ensure designs meet accessibility, responsiveness, and cross‑platform compatibility standards

• Support developers during implementation to maintain design integrity

Skill Requirements

• 7–10+ years (Senior) of professional UI/UX design experience

• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma, including:

• Hi‑fidelity UI design

• Interactive & clickable prototypes

• Auto‑layout, components, variants, and design libraries

• Strong understanding of:

• User‑Centered Design (UCD)

• Mobile‑first & responsive design

• UX best practices and usability principles

• Experience designing complex enterprise or consumer‑facing applications

• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders

• Experience with Fig Jam, Miro, Zeplin, Adobe XD, Sketch

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks (to collaborate effectively with developers)

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams

• Domain experience in Insurance / Banking / Financial Services (preferred for enterprise programs)
