A Project Manager capacity, handling the end-to-end lifecycle (discovery to go-live/hypercare) managing a Development Squad.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience working as an individual contributor, while also managing a development squad in a Project Manager capacity, handling the end-to-end lifecycle (discovery to go-live/hypercare).

• Strong experience in running Agile sprints in hybrid environments, with a defined, repeatable delivery playbook and proactive risk mitigation capability.

• Relevant domain experience in** consumer mobile applications, websites, loyalty programs, payments, or other transactional systems**.

• Educational background in Software Development.

• Hands-on working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence for active delivery tracking and governance.
