Lead Consultant(Development)

Job Summary

To lead or be a part of the project team to develop / implement the solution/product as per the requirements of the client within defined parameters of time and quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. To design and develop new tools as per the client’s requirements and/ customize the existing tools.
2. To lead the technical design , ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices, while determining the optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations to support business processes.
3. To prepare capability presentations| assessments| proposal preparation.
4. To coordinate project management related activities like creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders.
5. To support the professional growth and development of the consulting team members by training, and mentorship.

• Develop and enhance backend features for existing and new products

• Implement secure and efficient APIs.

• Conduct unit testing and peer reviews for maintainable code quality.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend services.

• Collaborate with data engineers and frontend developers on end-to-end workflows.

Skill Requirements

• Preferred backend technology- 2 .Net position & 2 Python Positions

• Database preference

• SQL Server

• API exposure required

• Cloud/platform required
