About the role

Job Summary

The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop And Implement Solutions Using Servicenow And Itil Best Practices To Fulfill Project Requirements, Ensuring Adherence To Time, Quality, And Cost Standards.

  2. Maintain And Support Existing Servicenow Applications, Troubleshooting And Resolving Issues To Enhance System Performance And User Experience.

  3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements, Design Features, And Implement New Functionalities In Servicenow, Aligning With Itsm Principles.

  4. Document Technical Specifications, Processes, And User Guides To Facilitate Knowledge Sharing And Ensure Compliance With Organizational Standards.

Skill Requirements

Basic Understanding Of Servicenow And Itil Frameworks:
