Looking for an expert Service Now HRSD Developer with strong knowledge of Service Now HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, HR Service Catalog, and Employee Center with 7-10 yrs experience in Sevice Now HRSD development area.

Design, develop, and configure Service Now HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, HR Service Catalog, and Employee Center.

Build HR workflows using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
Integration & Data Management

Integrate Service Now with HR and enterprise systems such as Success Factors, Workday, and Active Directory/Azure AD.

Use Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server integrations.
User Experience & Portal Development

Customize Employee Center/Service Portal, including widgets, pages, and layouts.

Enable self-service through knowledge management and Virtual Agent, where applicable.
Skill Requirements
Technical Skills
-
7–10+ years of Service Now development experience.

5-7 years of Service Now HRSD Development experience.

Strong knowledge of HRSD modules, JavaScript, and Glide APIs.

Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal/UI Builder.
HR Domain Knowledge
-
Understanding of Hire-to-Retire, case management, and HR operations.

Experience partnering with HR stakeholders and business teams.
