About the role

Job Summary

To be responsible for owning and expanding client relationship with customers to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction and long-term partnership with assigned accounts
Manages accounts with a typical size of 10-30M Portfolio

Key Responsibilities

1.A single point of accountability for the client, ensuring seamless delivery of services, cross, upsell of IT solution aligned to customer business objectives

2.Develop and execute multi-year account plan alignment with customer priorities and industry trends

3.Responsible for Account Performance in terms of Revenue, Profitability, payment cycles and growth

4.Ensure high-quality delivery of contracted services and solutions

5.Partner with delivery leadership to address risk, optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction

6.Leads contract negotiations, renewals and pricing discussions
