Senior PMO Lead

Job Summary

To support and enhance the execution of programs across customer engagements to achieve defined objectives through effective coordination, reporting, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect, collate, and publish comprehensive project/program reports to stakeholders.

2. Coordinate periodic reviews, prepare MOMs, and track action items to closure.

3. Monitor project health status and provide timely reporting on all program aspects.

4. Execute resource management plans, including onboarding, training, and resource release.

5. Maintain a central repository for all deliverables.

6. Track and report on the implementation of best practices, processes, and standards/tools.
