Job Summary
=Technical Expertise in SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) with a deep understanding of enhancements, customizations, integration, and payroll processes.Data migration expertise, including ETL processes, key mapping, and familiarity with LSMWs.Technical Knowledge of Employee Central (EC), including troubleshooting and debugging skills and ability to resolve issues quickly Skills in replication and integration, including configuration settings for employee data replication, field mappings, and replication monitors. Should have supported Multiple implementations of SAP ECP projects as Technical Consultant/Lead, with at least 2 to 3 years of full lifecycle implementations, including configuration, testing, and go-live support. An additional 5 years of SAP HCM Technical consultant Familiarity with UK payroll technical approach would be an added advantage.Experience in industries with complex payroll requirements, such as the public sector, retail, or manufacturing
