Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving workforce planning activities within the Talent Supply Chain function, ensuring optimal resource allocation and alignment with business objectives. The position leverages HR analytics and planning tools to support project staffing, demand forecasting, and talent deployment, contributing to the organization’s operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize HR analytics platforms and workforce planning tools to analyze resource demand and supply, supporting accurate forecasting and staffing decisions.

2. Apply solid understanding of talent management systems to track employee allocation, identify skill gaps, and recommend redeployment strategies.

3. Collaborate within the HR team to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable workforce plans using relevant HRIS and reporting tools.

4. Prepare and present workforce planning reports using data visualization tools, enabling informed decision-making for project and business leaders.

5. Support implementation of workforce optimization initiatives by leveraging HR process automation and digital dashboards.
