Job Summary
Job Summary : The End User Computing area at Deutsche Bank is enhancing its Agile Ways of Working by establishing a new Agile Chapter dedicated to Scrum Masters. These full-time professionals will help squads adopt Agile practices, run ceremonies, and coach teams to become self-organized and productive. The Scrum Masters will also coordinate with product owners, stakeholders, and other squads to ensure smooth delivery of features, remove obstacles, and foster continuous improvement in Agile maturity. - Develop the Squad as a self-organized team that is responsible and accountable for delivering business value.
- Run Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Scrum best practices and processes.
- Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to identify and remove obstacles to team productivity.
- Provide Agile coaching and leadership to Squad members, embedding Agile values and practices.
- Plan and coordinate with other Squads to ensure proper delivery of the squad's scope and cross-squad features in production.
- Foster continuous improvement in Agile maturity by encouraging feedback and adaptation within the team.
- Collaborate with release management and other squads to ensure smooth and timely delivery of features Job Description : Role Description: \\r\\n\\r\\n The End User Computing area is continuing to adopt Agile Ways of Working across all the products that it offers to end users within Deutsche Bank. As part of the continual work to mature in this area we are creating a new Agile Chapter within End User Computing for Scrum Masters. This new Chapter will consist of profession full time Scrum Masters embedded in our Agile Organisation to improve the adherence & quality to Agile Ways of Working practices. The Scrum Master operates at Squad level and is a change agent with a passion for working with people and teams to help them maximize the value created by the Squad. They will do this by helping the team understand Agile theory, practices and values and translating this into practice by running the standard Agile ceremonies. The Scrum master develops and leads multi-discipline team(s), helping them to deliver value by facilitating progress and coaching them into a self-organized team. The Scrum Master will also coordinate with the different squads and release management to ensure successful delivery of features in production. Your key responsibilities:

- Provide Agile coaching & leadership to the Squad team members to embed the Agile values and practices
- Plan and coordinate with other Squads to ensure proper delivery of own squad scope and cross squad features in production \\r\\n\\r\\n Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required:\\r\\n\\r\\n Mandatory
- Up-to-date Scrum Master certified at an industry recognized certification body
- Knowledge and experience in agile principles and frameworks: e.g. Scrum, SAFe – Minimum 5 years
- Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Behaviour Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pair working, - Familiar with tools for agile team management: e.g. JIRA, Confluence

Skill Requirement : • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks: Demonstrates a deep understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to translate theory into actionable guidance for teams.
- Facilitation and coaching skills: Effectively facilitates Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coaches individuals and teams to continuously improve and embrace a self-organizing mindset.
- Collaboration and stakeholder management: Works closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, clear communication, and removal of impediments.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution: Quickly identifies obstacles to team progress and proactively implements solutions, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset: Encourages feedback, learning, and adaptation within the team to drive Agile maturity and deliver greater business value over time.
