Job Summary

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace Administrator to manage and optimize application performance monitoring across enterprise environments. The role involves end-to-end administration of Dynatrace platform, ensuring proactive monitoring, incident detection, and performance optimization of critical applications and infrastructure. Job Responsibilities : Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace platform (Managed / SaaS environments). Manage One Agent deployment across servers, applications, containers, and cloud environments. Configure application performance monitoring (APM) for web, mobile, and microservices-based applications. Create and manage dashboards, alerts, and custom metrics aligned to business KPIs. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) using Dynatrace AI (Davis) insights. Monitor infrastructure, network, services, and user experience (RUM). Configure and fine-tune problem detection rules and alerting thresholds. Integrate Dynatrace with: ITSM tools (ServiceNow) DevOps tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) Support incident management, major incident (MIM), and war room discussions. Work with development and operations teams to optimize application performance. Generate periodic reports and performance insights for stakeholders.
