Senior Test Lead - C#, Selenium, Python

Job Summary

Responsible for leading the testing efforts and ensuring the quality of software applications developed using c#,selenium,python. The Senior Test Lead will work closely with the development and business teams to create and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the testing team in creating, implementing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

2. Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize testing activities and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software applications.

3. Perform manual and automated testing using c#,selenium,python to identify defects and ensure overall system reliability.

4. Analyze testing results, provide feedback to the development teams, and track bug resolutions.

5. Develop and maintain testing documentation and reports for reference and audit purposes.

6. Stay updated on industry best practices in testing methodologies and tools to continuously improve the testing process.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in c# programming language for test automation and scripting.

2. Strong experience in using selenium for automated testing of web applications.

3. Knowledge of python programming language for test automation and data manipulation.

4. Excellent understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

5. Ability to lead and mentor a team of testers to achieve project goals efficiently.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.

7. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Other Requirements

1.ISTQB Certification in Software Testing is a plus.
