Track Lead - Release Management, ServiceNow

Job Summary

We are looking for a Release Lead to drive a critical** Data Center (DC) Migration program**. This role will be responsible for planning and executing migration releases, ensuring seamless transition of infrastructure and applications with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the BIOS to EFI conversions and cutovers to next DC migration release plan

• Coordinate across infra, Unix/Linux, network, storage, and application teams

• Lead migration execution including pre-checks, cutover, and post-validation

• Manage change requests (Service Now) and ensure CAB approvals

• Handle risk assessment, rollback planning, and issue resolution

• Act as the primary escalation point during migration windows

• Drive war-room calls and stakeholder communication

Skill Requirements

• 5+ years in Release Management / Infrastructure Migration

• Hands-on experience in Data Center Migration programs

• Strong understanding of Unix/Linux systems and infrastructure

• Exposure to ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Release Management)

• Experience with tools like Service Now, Jira, MS Project

• Strong coordination & stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in high-pressure migration cutovers (weekends/nights)

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset

Other Requirements

1. Itil Foundation Certification (Recommended)

2. Release Management Certification (Optional But Valuable
