About the role
Job Summary
The Sr Engineer in Support & Operations is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams EV functionalities, ensuring high-quality support and operations. This role involves troubleshooting issues, providing client support, and collaborating with both functional and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain And Enhance Existing Microsoft Teams And Microsoft Teams Ev Features, Troubleshoot Bugs, And Resolve Ad-Hoc Requests To Ensure Seamless Operation And User Satisfaction.

Provide Client Support By Monitoring Requirements And Delivering Timely Solutions, Including Ticket Resolution And Daily Support Activities, While Adhering To Quality Standards.

Develop And Update Documentation Related To Enhancements And Compliance With Cmmi Standards To Meet Client And Project Requirements.

Offer Technical Guidance To Junior Developers By Sharing Knowledge And Best Practices In Microsoft Teams And Sharepoint Online, Fostering A Collaborative Learning Environment.
Skill Requirements

Proficient In Microsoft Teams And Microsoft Teams Ev With A Strong Understanding Of Their Functionalities.

Familiarity With Sharepoint Online And Ms Viva To Support Operational Needs.
