Technical Lead - Web UI (HTML, JavaScript, React.js)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack React Developer to design, develop, and lead the implementation of Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture for enterprise-scale applications. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, high‑performance, and accessible React-based MFEs that integrate seamlessly across multiple applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Micro Frontend architectures using Module Federation / Single-SPA
• Build independently deployable React + TypeScript MFEs
• Define MFE boundaries, communication patterns, and integration strategies
• Develop shared component libraries, design systems, and embeddable widgets
• Implement authentication, authorization, and cross‑MFE state management
• Ensure WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility, performance, and code quality
• Integrate MFEs via shell/container applications with runtime versioning
• Configure CI/CD pipelines for independent deployments

Collaborate with UX, backend, and product teams in Agile environments

Skill Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Hands-on experience with Micro Frontend architecture
• Experience with Webpack 5, Module Federation, or Single-SPA
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Experience integrating REST APIs (GraphQL preferred)
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO, and frontend security best practices
• Proven delivery of WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessible UI (ARIA, semantic HTML, keyboard support)
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress/Playwright
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, and Web Vitals
• Experience with UI component libraries (MUI, Ant Design, Chakra UI) and Storybook
• Experience in Java and SQL needed for Full Stack Developer
