About the role

Job Summary

As a Citrix Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and support for our Citrix Virtual Desktops environment. Your expertise in resolving technical issues and conducting root cause analyses will directly contribute to enhancing the customer experience and meeting organizational objectives. You will work independently and collaboratively to uphold quality standards and provide exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements While Managing Citrix Virtual Desktops, Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies.

  2. Provide On-Call Support For Escalated Incidents By Analyzing And Resolving Issues Related To Citrix Environments, Facilitating Swift Resolutions.

  3. Develop And Maintain A Knowledge Base By Documenting Solutions And Updates, While Also Training And Coaching New Analysts To Enhance Team Competency.

  4. Independently Resolve Support Tickets For Citrix Virtual Desktops Within The Agreed Service Level Agreements, Ensuring Timely And Effective Resolutions.

  5. Enhance Customer Satisfaction (Csat) Through First Call Resolution Initiatives, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Re-Open Cases By Delivering High-Quality Support.

Skill Requirements

  1. Strong Understanding Of Citrix Virtual Desktops Essentials And Its Operational Management.

  2. Proficient In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues Within Citrix Environments.

  3. Solid Knowledge Of Ticketing Systems And Service Level Agreement (Sla) Management.

  4. Familiarity With Knowledge Management Practices And Training Methodologies.

Other Requirements

  1. Citrix Certified Associate Virtualization (Cca-V) Certification Is Optional But Valuable.

  2. Itil Foundation Certification Is Recommended For Understanding Service Management Principles
