Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Principal Solution Architect (Multi-Cloud & AI)Band

We are seeking a visionary Senior Solution Architect to serve as the technical North Star for our most ambitious initiatives. This is a high-impact role responsible for designing resilient, scalable, and secure environments across a multi-cloud ecosystem (Azure, AWS, and GCP). You will bridge the gap between traditional networking, modern application development, and the rapidly evolving field of AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Cloud Strategy: Design and implement cross-cloud architectures that optimize performance, redundancy, and cost-efficiency.

• AI/ML Integration: Build the "scaffolding" for AI initiatives, ensuring data pipelines and model deployments are architecturally sound and scalable.

• Hybrid Networking: Architect complex software-defined networks (SDN) and secure connectivity between on-prem, Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.

• Modernization & Apps: Lead the transition from legacy monoliths to microservices, containerization (Kubernetes), and serverless patterns.

• Dedicated Network zone: Manage & define dedicated network landing zone for cloud workload to secure enterprise data & services

• Technical Governance: Establish blueprints, guardrails, and "Golden Paths" for engineering teams to ensure consistency across the stack.

• Stakeholder Influence: Act as a translator between complex technical requirements and business outcomes for C-suite and executive leadership.

• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms, and services to enhance the company's IT infrastructure.

• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural diagrams, policies, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in IT infrastructure/ software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in a Senior/Principal Architect role.

• Cloud Mastery: Professional-level certifications in at least two of the big three (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect).

• Networking Depth: Deep understanding of VPC/ VNet peering, Transit Gateways, Load Balancing, DNS, and Zero Trust security models.

• AI Infrastructure: Proven experience designing infrastructure to support LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or large-scale data processing (Spark, Snowflake, etc.).

• DevOps Culture: Strong command of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or Bicep) and CI/CD orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Fin Ops (Cloud cost optimization and management).

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR) in cloud environments.

• Background in application development (Python, Go, or Java) to better support developer experience will be added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Architectural Leadership By Designing And Implementing Enterprise-Scale Etl Solutions Using Amazon Glue, Ensuring Robust Data Integration And Transformation Aligned With Business And Compliance Requirements.
2. Define And Govern Data Warehousing Strategies Leveraging Amazon Redshift, Optimizing Data Models, Performance, And Scalability For Large-Scale Analytics Workloads.
3. Architect And Oversee Automation Of Data Pipelines Using Python And Aws Devops Tools, Ensuring Reliability, Security, And Operational Excellence Across The Data Platform.
4. Establish And Enforce Architectural Standards, Governance Frameworks, And Best Practices For Aws-Based Data Solutions, Ensuring Adherence To Regulatory And Organizational Requirements.
5. Collaborate With Business Stakeholders To Translate Complex Requirements Into Scalable Technical Solutions, Driving Innovation And Alignment With Strategic Objectives.
6. Mentor And Develop Technical Teams In Advanced Aws Data Technologies, Fostering Continuous Learning And Ensuring Delivery Capability For Evolving Business Needs.
7. Review And Approve Architecture And Design Deliverables, Providing Expert Guidance To Ensure Technical Excellence And Future-Proofing Of Data Solutions.

Skill Requirements

1. Architectural Leadership In Amazon Glue For Complex Etl Design And Implementation.
2. Expert Proficiency In Amazon Redshift For Data Warehousing, Modeling, And Optimization.
3. Advanced Expertise In Python For Data Engineering And Automation Within Aws Environments.
