Senior Designer

Job Summary

D for E1 band :
Mechanical Engineer with with relative experience in handling Change control documents through SAP/PLM, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries.

Ø Experience understanding and generating engineering documentation in accordance with accepted drafting standards and procedures.
Ø Proficient in developing and updating self on the software updates and Process on need basis
Ø Demonstrated ability to improve and provide suggestions to update, customise SAP and its related sub modules continuously.
Ø Effective communication across functions and within business leadership is a MUST to have skill.
Ø Experienced in planning, leading and executing the projects within a cross functional team environment
Ø Self-initiator, results driven and action & detail oriented
Ø Knowledge of Medical device regulations and practice is a plus
Ø Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing skills
Ø Proven ability to quickly learn new subject matter.

Key Responsibilities

1. To work closely with stakeholders to understand and refine design requirements.

2. To develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate design decisions.

3. To mentor junior designers ,share knowledge and expertise through training sessions and documentation.

4. To collaborate with cross functional teams and other stakeholders to align software design with overall project goals.

5. To work with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain high-quality.
