Subject Matter Expert (Support&Ops)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Network Data team, The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and leadership capabilities to manage service delivery, lead a high-performing team, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs. This role requires hands-on experience with advanced networking technologies and the ability to handle technical escalations, audits, and training initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of network professionals.
• Manage and monitor SLA/KPI compliance to ensure service excellence.
• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network infrastructure and operations

Skill Requirements

• Aruba Wireless- Clear Pass- BGP EVPN- VXLAN- Juniper Networks- F5 (LTM, GTM, ASM),Cisco ACI, Infoblox DDI- VMware NSX-T- Proven track record in managing network operations and leading technical teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Other Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in the same technologies listed above.
• Experience in enterprise-scale network environments.
• Industry certifications (e.g., Aruba, Juniper, F5, VMware) are a plus.
