SeniorAdministrator - Kubernetes, Terraform

Job Summary

Administrating services status in Kubernetes Master \r\n• Administrating Pods, Docker images, services, replication controller\r\n• Scaling/Descaling Pods\r\n• Administrating configuration changes in the Kubernetes files\r\n• Microservices Deployment\r\n• Troubleshooting issues encountered during deployment\r\n• Provide Support to L1 & L2 team in creating RCAs & resolving issues & in completing daily assigned activities including the training\r\n• Provide on-call support\r\n• Good knowledge in shell scripting\r\n• Conforming to client compliances and expectations\r\n \r\n Certifications (Good to have any one of the following)\r\n Docker and Kubernetes / Open shift / AKS Certified – Professional\r\n

Key Responsibilities

Should have minimum 5-8 years’ working experience in Kubernetes.\r\n• Preferably from a Linux Systems Admin or DevOps Engineering background.\r\n• The candidates must have experience in larger cluster administration.\r\n• Monitor system events to ensure health, maximum system availability and service quality\r\n• Manage the container platform ecosystem (installation, upgrade, patching, monitoring)\r\n• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and assist development team as necessary to resolve issues related to K8s.\r\n• Have experience to Perform system & application patching\r\n• Provide on call support\r\n• Answer user’s query and service requests\r\n• Solid experience in K8s Application troubleshooting\r\n• Should have the basic knowledge about the CI/CD process\r\n• Should have knowledge in Python programming\r\n• Good to have knowledge in Ansible and Terraform\r\n Certifications (Good to have any one of the following)\r\nCKA/CKAD Certified\r\n

Skill Requirements

Primary: Kubernetes administration and good knowledge in Linux\r\n Secondary: Terraform , jenkins , ArgoCD , Azure, AWS , Harbor registry , Python \r\n

Other Requirements

Linux Systems Admin or DevOps Engineering background.
