
Oracle Reporting Lead Technical Consultant
About the role
Job Summary
The Lead Consultant for Oracle Reporting will be responsible for managing and executing Oracle reporting projects. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and implementing Oracle reports to meet business requirements and improve data visualization. The Lead Consultant will work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of accurate reports.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and objectives
2. Design and develop oracle reports using oracle bi publisher, oracle discoverer, or similar reporting tools
3. Test and validate reports to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
4. Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
5. Create data visualizations and dashboards to present information effectively
6. Provide technical support and training to end-users on oracle reporting tools
7. Stay updated on oracle reporting best practices and recommend improvements as needed
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in oracle reporting tools such as oracle bi publisher, oracle discoverer, etc.
2. Strong understanding of sql queries and database management
3. Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
6. Project management skills to handle reporting projects effectively
Other Requirements
1.Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Oracle Database certification is a plus
