Senior Technical Lead - Embedded Networking - C Linux

Job Summary

• 6 – 8 years experience as Technical Business System Analyst
• Good experience in IVR domain / process
• Strong communication skills
• Configure IVR call flows, menus, and prompts according to business requirements.
• Customize IVR scripts to enhance user experience and streamline call routing.
• Implement project changes and updates to IVR systems based on user feedback and business needs.
• Monitor IVR systems for performance issues, errors, and downtimes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IVR systems promptly to minimize disruption.
• Fine-tune IVR call flows and menus to reduce call handling times and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Support with IVR design, work with delivery teams across development and customization, liaise with Product teams, business teams, partner, and vendors teams to make sure the deliverables and designs are aligned. Work with Business and delivery teams to make sure the IVR design meets the KPIs and OKRs of business and continuously learns and improvises the design and delivery in liaison with all stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Embedded Networking Concepts And Protocols.

2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Linux Operating Systems And Development Environments.

3. Advanced Proficiency In C Programming Language And Related Development Tools.

4. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Apply Judgment In Complex Project Scenarios.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications Include Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese) Or Linux Professional Institute Certification (Lpic).
