Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze and document business requirements related to hl7 standards

2. Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to understand their needs and processes

3. Develop strategies to implement hl7 compliant solutions for healthcare information exchange

4. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to ensure hl7 compliance

5. Assist in the testing and validation of healthcare systems to ensure adherence to hl7 standards

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in hl7 (health level standard) and its related standards like hl7 v2, hl7 v3, fhir

2. Strong analytical skills to understand complex healthcare workflows and requirements

3. Experience in healthcare it systems and data exchange protocols

4. Good communication skills to interact with healthcare professionals and technical teams

5. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders effectively

Other Requirements

1.Certification in HL7 (Health Level Standard) is preferred.
