About the role
Job Summary
A combined Service Now Scrum Master and Project Manager (SM/PM) directs the end-to-end delivery of Service Now projects. They blend agile team facilitation and project planning to manage budgets, sprints, and risk, ensuring the platform team successfully deploys modules like ITSM, CSM, or HRSD
Key Responsibilities

Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning

Understand client requirements and accountable in ensuring support team is meeting client expectations

To lead and mentor the project team and ensure transparent communication of project goals.
