About the role
Job Summary
Business Analyst (m/f/d) Job description • Elicit, analyze, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders, ensuring clarity for development (user stories, use cases) • Drive requirements analysis and functional support for internal product integration and at client sites • Plan and lead workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions with clients and stakeholders • Develop process flows, data models, and functional concepts to support solution design • Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers to clarify requirements and ensure feasibility during implementation • Support functional validation and user acceptance testing to secure quality delivery • Act as a bridge between clients, product management, and technical teams Requierements • Degree in business administration, economics, computer science, or a comparable qualification • Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a similar role (ideally within financial services or consulting) with at least 5 years of professional experience • Knowledge of or strong interest in wealth management, investment processes (e.g. advisory) and related regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID II, ESG) • Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) • Technical affinity familiarity with SDLC, REST APIs data integration, and system architecture • Very strong communication skills in English and ideally German • Independent, structured, and reliable working style combined with an
Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth business analysis to understand current processes and identify areas for enhancement.

Develop business requirements documentation and user stories to support agile projects.

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure project success.

Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Implement agile methodologies to improve project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Perform impact analysis and risk assessment to mitigate potential project issues.

Provide subject matter expertise in business processes and recommend best practices for optimization.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and project managers to prioritize deliverables and drive project timelines.
