Senior Project Manager - Scrum Master

Job Summary

Technically sound :

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Applications, specifically on GL, DRM, FAH, and HFM
• Solid understanding offinancial systems, accounting flows, and month-end close processes.
• Experience delivering large, cross-functional programs involvingenterprise-scale Oracle platforms.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)and cloud-based architectures.
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple teams and vendors.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and executive-level presentation skills.

Skill Requirements

1. Expertise in scrum master practices, including facilitating scrum events, coaching the team, and removing obstacles
2. In-depth knowledge of project management change management principles and methodologies
3. Proficient in agile methodology, with the ability to effectively apply agile practices in project management
4. Strong communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and collaborate with stakeholders
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing project requirements
7. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
