Key Responsibilities

Maintain And Enhance Azure Active Directory Functionalities By Troubleshooting Issues And Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests In Line With Client Requirements And Project Specifications.

Provide Client Support By Presenting Data, Resolving Tickets, And Monitoring Client Needs, Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks While Adhering To Defined Quality Standards.

Create And Update Documentation For Cmmi Compliance And Client Requirements, Ensuring Clarity And Accessibility For All Stakeholders.
