Agile Business Specialist

Job Summary

Summit BA, The Business Specialist at HCL will play a key role in business analysis and agile methodology. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving agile methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement

2. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for software development projects

3. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood

4. Utilize agile methodologies to manage project requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery

5. Assist in the testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet business requirements

6. Provide support and training to end-users on implemented solutions

1. Proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies

2. Strong understanding of agile principles and practices

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams

Other Requirements

1.Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is preferred but not mandatory required
