Role Overview

We're seeking a Head of Biz Tech Program Management to own the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of technology initiatives across Harvey's Business Technology portfolio — spanning IT, People Systems, GTM Systems, and Finance Systems. You'll partner closely with the Head of Business Technology and cross-functional stakeholders to define what we build, when we build it, and how we measure success.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. You'll be responsible for both the overall shape of the Biz Tech portfolio and the hands-on management of our most strategic programs, including Lead-to-Cash, Hire-to-Retire, and global expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader who thrives in high-growth environments, can operate at both the strategic and tactical level, and has experience managing complex technology portfolios across multiple business domains.

What You'll Do

  • Portfolio & Roadmap Management:

Own the Biz Tech project portfolio, maintaining a unified view of all active initiatives across Core IT, GTM Systems, People Systems, Finance Systems, and Application Engineering. Ensure projects are prioritized, resourced, and aligned with company OKRs and Biz Tech strategy.

  • Program Ownership:

Directly lead strategic, cross-functional programs from scoping through delivery, ensuring milestones are met, risks are managed, and stakeholders are informed.

  • Intake & Prioritization:

Design and run a structured intake and prioritization process for technology requests across all Biz Tech domains, establishing governance frameworks to manage competing priorities transparently.

  • Stakeholder Communication:

Build and maintain end-user-facing roadmaps and regular status communications that give business leaders clear visibility into what's in flight, what's next, and why.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

Partner closely with GTM, Finance, People, Legal, Security, and Workplace teams to translate business needs into actionable project plans and ensure seamless handoffs across systems and teams.

  • Delivery Excellence:

Establish and evolve program management standards — including project tracking, risk management, dependency mapping, retrospectives, and change management — that scale with the team without introducing unnecessary process overhead.

  • Technology Enablement:

Develop and drive training, communications, and enablement programs to support adoption of new systems and processes across the company.

  • Team Building:

Build out the Technical Program Management function over time, including hiring, mentoring, and establishing the rituals and standards for a high-performing TPM team.

What You Have

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, IT Program Management, or Business Technology leadership, with at least 3 years managing portfolios of cross-functional technology projects.

  • Demonstrated experience managing roadmaps and programs across multiple business systems domains (e.g., HRIS/Workday, CRM/Salesforce, ERP/Net Suite, Marketing Automation).

  • Proven ability to design and run intake and prioritization frameworks, aligning diverse stakeholders around a unified roadmap.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across both technical and non-technical functions.

  • Track record of operating at both the strategic level (portfolio shape, sequencing, tradeoffs) and the tactical level (project plans, dependency tracking, risk mitigation).

  • Excellent communication skills — you can translate complex program status into clear, actionable updates for executives and partners.

  • Experience building or maturing program management practices in a scaling organization.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action — you know when to establish a process and when to just get things done.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies scaling from 500 to 1,000+ employees.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and how systems like Salesforce, Workday, Net Suite, and Marketo connect across business processes such as Lead-to-Cash and Hire-to-Retire.

  • Familiarity with enterprise i PaaS platforms (e.g., Workato) and data governance frameworks.

  • Experience building or scaling a TPM or PMO function from the ground up.

  • Background in change management and technology enablement programs.

  • Experience with AI-forward tooling and enterprise AI strategy initiatives.

Compensation

$198,900 - $298,300 USD
