Job Duties

• Under direct supervision, this is an entry level position which assists in a variety of tasks in support of Property Management activities.

• Performs maintenance and repair tasks as directed on all building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

• Assist in completing and maintaining plant maintenance documentation, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities.

• Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures.

• Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization.

• Error is readily ascertainable by the supervisor and can be corrected.

Qualifications Work Authorization: Candidates who are not legally authorized to work in the United States will not be considered. Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Skills are typically acquired through Possession of a Helpers or apprenticeship if required by local jurisdiction license and 2 years of experience

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
