Testing & Subsea Services (TSS) har økende aktivitet og styrker nå sitt tekniske støtteteam i verkstedet på Tananger. Vi søker en vedlikeholdstekniker som ønsker å utvikle seg faglig, ta eierskap til utstyr og bidra til sikre og effektive boreoperasjoner innen Trykkbalansert boring (MPD).

I verkstedet vedlikeholder, tester og klargjør vi utstyr som brukes offshore på boreinnretninger. Arbeidshverdagen byr på stor teknisk bredde og økende grad av automatisering, med systemer innen elektrisk aktuering, hydraulikk og pneumatikk.

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Vedlikehold, montering og ferdigstilling av MPD‑utstyr brukt offshore

• Funksjons‑ og trykktesting av utstyr før utsendelse

• Arbeid på utstyr som choke manifolder, aktuerte og manuelle ventiler, Coriolis flow‑meter, sikkerhetsventiler og instrumentering (trykk, temperatur)

• Kvalitetssikring og dokumentasjon av utført arbeid

• Pakking av utstyr

• Bidra til 5S‑arbeid og kontinuerlig forbedring

• Forefallende verkstedarbeid, inkludert vask og høytrykkspyling av utstyr

Kvalifikasjoner

• Fagbrev innen relevante tekniske fag

• Relevant teknisk eller mekanisk erfaring kan kompensere for manglende fagbrev

• God digital forståelse og erfaring med digitale vedlikeholdssystemer

Testing & Subsea Services (TSS) is experiencing increasing activity and is strengthening its workshop support team in Tananger. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who wants to develop strong technical competence, take ownership of equipment, and support safe and efficient Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations.

In our workshop, we maintain, test and prepare safety‑critical equipment used offshore on drilling rigs. The role offers broad technical exposure and an increasing level of automation, including electrical actuation, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Job description

• Maintenance, assembly and completion of MPD equipment used offshore

• Functional and pressure testing of drilling equipment

• Work on equipment such as choke manifolds, actuated and manual valves, Coriolis flow meters, safety valves and pressure, temperature and level instrumentation

• Quality assurance and documentation of work performed

• Packaging and documentation of equipment

• Participation in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives

• General workshop duties, including pressure washing and cleaning of equipment

Qualifications

• Technical trade certificate within a relevant discipline

• Relevant technical or mechanical experience may compensate for lack of formal trade certificate

• Computer skills and experience with digital maintenance systems

Personal qualities

• Practically minded with strong technical interest

• Well organized and able to manage a complex and sometimes hectic work environment

• Strong commitment to following company HSE procedures

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and cooperation skills

• Good physical condition, as the role can be physically demanding at times
