Job Duties

We are looking for an Administrative Specialist to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and University Affairs functions in Bolivia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to recruitment and DEEP program activities.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications, ensuring timely scheduling and documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation and posting of job openings on external platforms.
  • Support University Affairs events, including university visits, career fairs, and communication with student organizations.
  • Provide general support to the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or other related field.

  • Requires 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Processes.

  • Knowledge in Human Resources subsystems.

  • Advanced level of English is mandatory
