Job Duties

Under general supervision, the Senior Performance Advisor:

  • Assists with the optimization of drilling performance within a project or group of projects.

  • This role is responsible for interfacing with relevant Project personnel (Direct and Third Party), Company personnel (Project Management (PM) and Product Service Lines (PSL's) & Support Services), and Customers to proactively understand and manage service quality standards and initiatives associated with the execution and control of assigned projects.

  • Accountable for developing and executing processes that assure service quality related to all aspects of project operations, including personnel competencies and development and adherence to Halliburton and PM Management Systems.

  • Responsible for executing project process and assurance designs, with specific focus on Basis of Design, Risk Assessment,

  • Management of Change, Workflow Design and Performance (KPI) Assurance.

  • Responsible for ensuring the Management System is current, clear, practical and is effectively communicated and easily accessible to those who need it.

  • Accountable for engaging the necessary Company resources to mitigate risks associated with high risk processes.

  • Accountable for auditing compliance to PSL employee competencies, Management System processes, and adherence to relevant internal, customer, industry and/or governmental guidelines and/or legislation to assure safe and reliable project operations.

Qualifications

Requires a STEM degree and 6 years of experience in drilling operations which includes experience in quality, HSE, and performance management.
