About the job

We are seeking a visionary and operationally rigorous senior leader to build and define the next generation of pipeline management for our global recruiting organization. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee three core pillars of top-of-funnel talent acquisition: our active screening organization, passive pipeline data management, the talent marketing and activation team, and job posting operations.

You will transition our current, disparate pipeline management infrastructure into a cohesive, AI-first, and tech-enabled operation. To do this, you will partner deeply across global business teams, analytics, engineering, and recruiting leadership.

Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). We bring the world's most innovative people to Google and provide the programs that help them thrive. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$294,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Learn more about benefits at Google.

  • Design the future-state vision for pipeline management. Partner with engineering/product teams to build, deploy, and scale AI-first tools that automate tasks, reduce manual steps, and drive recruiter productivity.

  • Act as the primary strategic liaison between recruiting leaders, technical teams, and global business units. Drive alignment, secure buy-in for new technologies, and translate complex technical capabilities into operational realities.

  • Own the vendor budget and cost management strategy. Balance the need for rigorous operational cost control with the flexibility required to meet the business where it is.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
