Lead the team responsible for Resilience Enablement and Data Integrity, ensuring the reliability and scalability of critical emergency systems.

Manage, mentor, and develop a different team of engineers, fostering career growth and technical excellence that embodies Google’s values and prioritizes psychological safety and collaborative success.

Advocate a customer-centric roadmap that abstracts data integrity complexities and eliminates operational friction to deliver seamless user experiences.

Partner with cross-functional Emergency Resilience teams to drive strategic alignment and maintain a supportive, unified organizational atmosphere.

Identify areas of commonality across existing tools and methods, and work to consolidate solutions, reduce chaos, and simplify the workflows of data storage customers.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience programming in C++, Java or Go.

3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
-
2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
-
Experience in architecting for resilience or managing data integrity/reliability systems.
