Be the global system administrator and subject matter expert for the balance sheet reconciliation system, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all activities.

Provide ongoing end-user support, including training users on the system’s functionalities and staying current on new functionalities to drive the release of new feature releases, ensuring proper testing and deployment.

Coordinate and support process improvement changes by collaborating with business partners to identify areas for improvements and drive the implementation of solutions.

Collaborate with IT/Engineering and software providers to resolve system issues and coordinate upgrades, maintenance and enhancements.

Manage SOX controls, controls development, and system access requirements, and provide compliance advisory and guidance to team members globally.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 8 years with with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.

5 years of experience with Blackline, Trintech, Oracle ARM or other balance sheet reconciliation systems as a business administrator.

Experience with US GAAP and SOX compliance, including financial close and risk management.
