About the job
We help inform and educate users, advertisers, partners, opinion leaders--and our own employees--about the benefits of Google's products, our distinctive company culture/values and our approach to the big public policy issues of the day. You are quick-witted, entrepreneurial and intellectually curious. To succeed in this role, you are willing to try new things and can manage numerous projects with tight deadlines. Things happen quickly at Google, and to do great work, you need to be an enthusiastic team player who can work cross-functionally with partners across PR, Communications, Marketing, Product, and beyond.
As a Technology Manager on Google's Global Communications & Public Affairs (GCPA) Strategy and Operations team, you will design, build, and deploy cutting-edge technical solutions that empower our teams. Your work will focus on providing AI-powered assistance to communications managers, enabling forward planning for our leadership, and developing data products for cross-channel intelligence.
In this role, you will ensure GCPA makes the most of AI and innovative technologies in a shifting communications landscape. You will build data pipelines, develop dashboards, and both create solutions yourself and partner effectively with product managers and engineers to deliver complex products. In a dynamic, entrepreneurial team, you will be adaptable, intellectually curious, and capable of managing complex projects in a fluid environment.
