Lead the design of current-state and future-state process maps (value stream maps, swimlanes) to identify bottlenecks in the technical delivery workflow.

Define and maintain the operating procedures, playbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required to ensure consistent, defect-free execution across the network delivery chain.

Define, track, and iterate on performance metrics, including lead time, throughput, SLA adherence, and rework rates.

Facilitate workshops to collect pain points from cross-functional teams and lead the communication strategy to drive the adoption of new process changes.

Manage relationships with cross functional stakeholders to move work forward, creating forward-looking solutions and aligning on outcomes that address local priorities and challenges.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience with program or portfolio management, communication management, and stakeholder management.
