Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide immediate support to resolve Building Management System (BMS) issues, ensuring continuous uptime for data center operations.

Develop and iterate on control logic programming, Sequences of Operation (SOO), and GUIs while leading commissioning and validation efforts for new installations.

Lead the full life cycle of improvement projects, managing scopes, budgets, schedules, and procurement activities from initial request to final delivery.

Supervise vendor compliance with design standards and local codes during site visits while training internal stakeholders on system operations and maintenance.

Analyze quarterly maintenance results to resolve action items and manage service agreements to improve system performance throughout the facility's life cycle.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience working on critical infrastructure projects related to process improvements.

Experience with mission critical systems and operations (e.g., power generation, data center, refinery, chip fabrication, chemical plant processing, etc.).

Experience with industrial controls in critical environment (data center, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, oil and gas, petrochemical, laboratory, power, water, etc.).
