• Serve as the key relationship holder and establish strong, collaborative relationships with all external colo-vendor stakeholders in the assigned region, conducting regular business reviews on discuss performance, strategic alignment, and future opportunities.

• Ensure adherence to regional and company compliance and security requirements and resolve performance issues, or non-compliance matters.

• Support agreement negotiation, renewal, and termination processes in collaboration with procurement and commercial teams.

• Manage regional vendor budgets and expenditures on networking requests, ensuring cost-effective service delivery and reviewing vendor invoices.

• Identify and propose opportunities for vendor improvement and optimization, providing regional insights to global vendor management strategy.
