Evaluate new risk vectors (often with no precedence), and help design Trust and Safety plans to mitigate risk. Be able to spot problems, and help raise solutions to leadership.

Have a good understanding of top Trust and Safety priorities across Operations and Technology, and leverage that knowledge when designing solutions. Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Business Analytics, and Vendor Operations to ensure products on YouTube can launch in a safe and trusted manner.

Review graphic, controversial and offensive video content in-line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines. Handle escalations with fast turn-around time to define the best plan and provide timely updates to executives.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cyber-security, or related fields.
